Founder's story
Experience from large U.S. corporations, now applied to your company.
I spent more than eight years in the U.S. market in large corporations and multinationals, in the areas where the most consequential decisions are made: corporate planning, customer development, venture capital analysis, megatrend and technology synergy projects, growth strategy and M&A.
I led projects of around US$3.5 million in cross-functional teams with directors and C-level executives. That is where I learned how large companies decide: they test assumptions before committing, set clear decision gates and assign clear accountability for results.
Growing companies rarely have access to that discipline when they expand abroad. Many arrive in the U.S. with a strong product and a plan built on home-market assumptions, and only discover what does not hold after the capital has been invested.
I founded Marroffino & Partners in New York to close that gap. We bring large-company methods to small and mid-sized businesses and remain engaged through the execution that follows the decision: the company, the operation, the partners and the team.
